CDS27 Unresponsive to MusicLife iOS App

Some users have noticed that the CDS27 is unresponsive to the MusicLife iOS App. The user will be able to see the unit online and connect to it via the iOS app, but no commands can be received.


This is solved by installing the latest version of the firmware, available on the Arcam CDS27 website: http://www.arcam.co.uk/products,FMJ,CD-Players,cds27.htm


You will need a USB key. The update process takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.
