Solo Soundbar Subwoofer Performance is poor

Solo Soundbar/Subwoofer bass performance on pre-firmware 1.19 can be poor, particularly running a bluetooth source. 


Check that the gain on the subwoofer is maximum, it is in phase and the crossover frequency is maximum. Also download the latest firmware from the Arcam website: http://www.arcam.co.uk/range/solo/solobar.htm
